Thyme's wild brother. Wild thyme is used in the kitchen just like cultivated thyme. While almost alike in taste, wild thyme is milder with hint of pine needle flavour. It goes well with light summer dishes, salads, fish, chicken and potatoes. Wild thyme should be added at the beginning of the cooking process to fully develop its flavour.
